Clinic Policies

Appointments

  • All services are by appointment only.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and prepare for your service.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of a deposit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if rescheduled within our policy timeframe.

Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before your treatment.

  • If you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of all clients and staff.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may interfere with treatment or safety.

Refunds

  • All service sales are final.

Minors

  • Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian present for their first appointment and written consent for ongoing treatments.

Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All client information and treatment history are kept strictly confidential.
