Clinic Policies
Appointments
All services are by appointment only.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and prepare for your service.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if rescheduled within our policy timeframe.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before your treatment.
If you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of all clients and staff.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may interfere with treatment or safety.
Refunds
All service sales are final.
Minors
Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian present for their first appointment and written consent for ongoing treatments.

All client information and treatment history are kept strictly confidential.
